Ingeniería de Sistemas para la Defensa de España, Isdefe, is a state-owned company with more than 25 years of experience that offers consulting and engineering services to the Spanish public Administration as well as other international public bodies.
Isdefe, with a team of over 1600 persons committed and focused on excellence , has proven to be a perfect ally for the organizations and entities of the Spanish public Administration as well as civilian and military organizations of the European Union, NATO and trans-European and international bodies such as ESA and NASA.
Isdefe, as a resource of the State General Administration, is part of the structure of the Ministry of Defence of Spain, under the Secretary of State for Defence, and chaired by the Secretary of State. The Board of Administration consists of directors members of the ministries of Defence (Central Body and Armed Forces), Development and Economy and Treasury.
Defence and security, transportation, aerospace, information and communication technologies, energy and infrastructure are the main sectors in which Isdefe develops its business. Thanks to the Insa and Isdefe merger in 2012, aerospace engineering services have been included in the portfolio of Isdefe.
